Q: What could I hire WaldronWorks to do?
A: Businesses in transition often need help. When a son or daughter is beginning to take a hand in the business, when a business owner wants to make their first hires and step back from hands-on production, when there’s a merger or new partner, or when it’s time to level up, that’s when WaldronWorks can step in and make things easier.
There are three ways we can be helpful to you.
- Business Owners and Leaders: Individual Coaching
- Staff Development: Projects and Presentations
- Leadership Teams: Implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System®
Q: What is the Entrepreneurial Operating System®?
A: The Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) is a management framework: a set of simple tools put together in a process proven to clarify, simplify, and grow your business. As an EOS Implementer® I walk alongside you and your team to teach new tools and help you measure your growth.
This graphic shows the EOS Model®. There are tools in each of the six EOS disciplines that support your business. We will routinely measure the strength of your organization in each of these disciplines. You’ll identify issues and we’ll guide you along the process of resolving them. Implementing EOS® will bring you clarity, accountability, and allow your energy to go toward growing your business. Check out http://www.eosworldwide.com for the whole story or we could have coffee! http://www.waldronworks.com/contact

Q: What is the EOS Proven Process™ ?
A: The graphic below shows the EOS Process®. If you would like more clarity, accountability, and growth, then we give you and your team 90 minutes of education and coaching gratis. If EOS® resonates with your team, then we’ll schedule your Focus Day™. Your team devotes an entire day; we meet in an off-site location to work on your business. You’ll learn new tools from me and make decisions to bring the group forward. We meet for a full day every quarter and have a two-day retreat once a year for annual planning. Your team will live in a 90 day world with deliverables and progress measured along the way.

Q: Do you offer staff development trainings?
A: Yes! We offer trainings from “Lunch and Learn” through full day retreats on a range of topics. A few titles are listed below; please inquire if you have a particular need in mind.
Transforming the Ordinary to the Extraordinary: Project Management for Everyday Leaders
For the Greater Good: Issue Resolution for Healthier Company Culture
Client Relations 101: They Aren’t Always Right!
Q: What do you mean by Individual Coaching?
A: It can be lonely at the top! Solopreneurs, executives, department heads, new managers, and people facing a transition can all benefit from meeting with a skilled colleague. Clarify your vision for your business, review tools and options to address your challenges, and get what you want from your business.
The model that has been most helpful is to meet in person for 60 to 90 minutes every three weeks. I email notes from the meeting with homework items, check in by phone or text, and we move forward together toward your goals. There is no long-term commitment, but it is helpful to approach this work 3-6 months at a time.
