Wendy Waldron is a Professional EOS Implementer, accomplished medical practice executive, project manager, energy aligner, and storyteller. She has long been interested in why we all do what we do, and how we can do it better!
As the Administrative Director of the CR Wood Cancer Center, she led the team through two complete electronic medical record system transitions in 29 months while attaining all quality targets. Under her wing, the local Cancer Services Program expanded access to life-saving cancer screenings, leading New York State month after month. As the Ancillary Services Director for Hudson Headwaters Health Network, the behavioral health services offered by the network increased by more than 250%. While leading Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery Practices at Guthrie Health, Wendy increased the vitality of these practices by eliminating the backlog, decreasing patient wait times, and improving communication with referring physicians.
Her commitment to individual value and effort extends to volunteer work, sitting on the boards of local human services non-profits, and leading record-breaking fundraising campaigns. Wendy also enjoys traveling light, vertical gardening, performing on stage, and the fact that Wonder Woman shares her initials. She lives in the Adirondack mountains with her family, in their home near the highway.
